Six steps from hello to handover.

Every project, whether it's a single bathroom or a 6,400 sq.ft estate, runs on this sequence. You always know what week you're in, and what's coming up next.

00IntakeScoping call. We ask where the money should go and where it shouldn't.

We start with a 20-minute call. You tell us the space, the why, the dream number. We tell you whether we're the right shop for it — 1 in 3 projects, we recommend someone else.

01Site VisitMeasure, photograph, check structure, talk to your neighbours' walls.

A lead carpenter and PM visit. We measure, photograph, pull up city records, and check structural assumptions with our engineer on speed-dial.

02Design + QuoteDrawings, material selections, a schedule you can actually plan around.

Architectural drawings, material schedule, trade quotes, and a Gantt you can stick on the fridge. Fixed price once signed.

03PermitsStamped drawings, zoning, committee of adjustment if needed. Our problem.

Toronto permits take 6–12 weeks right now. We've submitted 340+ — our expeditor has a first-name basis with the city.

04BuildOne dedicated lead. Weekly photo updates. Change-order log you can read.

Daily site supervision. Weekly photo reports. A shared change-order log so the word "surprise" never appears in your invoice.

05HandoverPunch list, commissioning, warranty binder. We answer the phone at year two.

Deficiency walk at 30 days. Mechanical commissioning. One-year and two-year check-ins. We answer the phone forever.

Q.01How long does a typical renovation take?

A kitchen or bathroom runs 4 to 8 weeks on-site. A full home renovation usually takes 3 to 6 months depending on scope and permits. We give a firm schedule with the quote before you commit.

Q.02Do you handle permits?

Yes. Permit drawings, applications, and inspections are part of every project we run. You sign the permit application; we handle the paperwork, the trips to City Hall, and the back-and-forth with your municipality.

Q.03What does a quote cost?

The first consultation is free. A detailed written quote with material specs and a schedule is $750 to $1,500 depending on project size. That fee is credited back if you sign the contract.

Q.04Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. We carry comprehensive liability insurance, are WSIB-covered on every jobsite, and are Tarion-registered for new home construction. Certificates available on request.

Q.05Can I see examples of your work?

Absolutely. Our portfolio has case studies with before/after photography, timelines, and budget ranges.
